Dr. Serena Chan received her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology. By day, she is an Application Scientist for one of the largest life science corporations in America. By night, she is a notary and real estate investor.

As an investor with over a decade of experience, she realized that she spent a lot of time with notaries. Hence, she decided to become one herself!

Now with her notary public certification with the State of California (#2353760, exp: 4/5/2025) and as a Loan Signing System Certified Agent and National Notary Association Signing Certified Agent, she is excited to work with similar minded people who are striving to make their life a little bit better and serene.
